HiPC 2023 Conference Registration Fees

30th IEEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING, DATA, & ANALYTICS

HiPC’ 23 is a physical event and at least one of the authors of the accepted papers should register and attend the conference to present the paper. Also, note that each author registration covers a maximum of one paper or poster. HiPC serves as a forum to present current work by researchers from around the world as well as highlight activities in Asia in the areas of high performance computing and data science. The meeting focuses on all aspects of high performance computing systems, and data science and analytics, and their scientific, engineering, and commercial applications.

Registration includes access to all technical programs of the conference, co-located workshops, student research symposium, and exhibitions. It also includes breakfast, lunch, morning/afternoon refreshments for all four days of the conference, social events (reception) with poster sessions, and the conference banquet. Registration fee and payments are processed by Cvent.
 
The visa processing information will be posted by the time of registration. You are required to register and start the visa process.

Notes

1. Authors of regular papers can purchase up to two (2) additional pages. If you add extra pages, you may buy them online (as part of HiPC Registration) at an additional cost of $150/Rs. 12,000 per page.

2.  An author registration covers a maximum of one paper or poster.

3. Each accepted paper or poster should have at least one registered author.

4. An accepted paper or poster can be registered under the “Indian Authors Only” categories only if ALL the authors are affiliated with Indian University/Educational/Government R&D organization.

Notes

1. Participant registration fees apply only to the participants who are not presenting a paper or a poster. 

2. For a paper or poster with multiple authors, at least one author registration is required. The remaining authors (non-presenting authors) can register as participants.

3. Any student who is a co-author of an SRS poster can register using the student rates of participants from India (Rs. 6000/7500/9000) irrespective of their affiliation.
