Sponsorship Opportunities

Due to Covid-19 pandemic HiPC 2021 will be a virtual event event spanning over TWO days. With the pandemic challenge, HiPC is trying to adapt to meet the challenge of bringing the HPC, Big Data and Analytics community together by transitioning to a hybrid conference experience subject to the evolving pandemic situation in India and worldwide. This is consistent with what all other top tier conferences are doing this year. 

Our plan is to have the main technical tracks and keynote lectures, workshops, and Industry Research Users Symposium (IRUS). 

The Gold sponsorship rate for this year has been set for Rs. 2 lakh or $3000 and the benefits include:

• • Logo on the website, publicity materials, and program booklet.
  • Virtual booth for two days during the conference.
  • Recognizing all sponsors at the conference opening ceremony.
  • 10 complimentary virtual registrations and 3 complimentary registration for an onsite event.
  • Link from HiPC page to a microsite of your choice.
  • Each sponsor will get 10 minutes for a short summary pitch right after the keynote address on Day 1 (subject to finalizing of the agenda).
  • 10 mins *video from the sponsors will be published on different social media **channels of HiPC,
  • One ***poster from the sponsor will be published on HiPC social media **channel.

The Platinum sponsorship has been set for Rs. 4 lakh or $6000 and the benefits on top of the Gold sponsorship include:

• • 5 additional minutes in the Industry session.
  • 10 additional complimentary virtual registrations. 2 additional onsite registrations.
  • Access to student resumes and registrations of student attendees
  • Discuss potential options to make the conference experience more rewarding for attendees and the sponsors.
