Each paper must have one full registration (non-student) by November 21, 2022, in order to appear in the proceedings (see the Registration fees here). Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference. Any paper that is not presented at the conference will not be included in IEEE Xplore. The conference will strictly enforce these requirements.
The submission deadline for camera-ready papers (Main Conference and HiPC Workshops Papers): November 15, 2022
The conference proceedings of HiPC 2022 will be published in two volumes with two separate ISBNs: one for the regular conference technical program (HiPC) and one for the workshops (HiPCW). The online version of the publication will be distributed to all registrants one week prior to the conference and available online during the conference.
The Conference Publishing Services (CPS) of the IEEE Computer Society will produce the HiPC 2022 proceedings. All papers must meet the minimum standard imposed by CPS. Further, authors must complete the copyright release form with IEEE.
To help authors meet that standard, this HiPC Web page will take you to the CPS Author Final Paper Preparation and Submission Instructions (the author kit) page. That site will provide links to the PDF eXpress Online File Conversion/PDF Validation Tool and IEEE copyright e-form and instructions for submitting your paper for publication. Do not submit the final camera ready paper to easychair.
HiPC (Main Conference) Authors
When you go to the “CPS Final Paper Preparation and Submission Instructions for Authors of papers in HiPC (Main Conference)” (link below) at one of the steps, you will be asked to provide a paper ID, which is the Easy Chair paper number for your original submission. Do not submit the final camera ready paper to Easy Chair.
Authors of regular papers can purchase up to two (2) additional pages. If you add extra pages, you may buy them online (as part of HiPC Registration) at an additional cost of USD 150/INR 12,000 per page.

HiPCW Authors (Workshops)
The link below to the IEEE Computer Society CPS site is for uploading camera ready papers accepted for presentation in an HiPC 2022 workshop. The workshop where your paper was accepted will provide a paper ID number to use when uploading your paper, and the CPS site will provide further specifications for publication of your paper.
Individual workshops will notify authors as to whether they have the option of purchasing extra pages.
